One of the other folders I believed was for the IR remote. I believe that the problem I am currently experiencing with Windows 10, is that the computer "sees" the SDR as a keyboard (HID device). I had to download and install the Zadig V2.3 to be able to install the WinUSB driver for Bulk In, Interface 0 successfully. I also did not have initial success with the version of Zadig that was installed via running the install-rtlsdr.bat file. (I did have some problems with the SDR# steps for downloading the RelWithDebInfo.zip file: the install-rtlsdr.bat did not fully load the file, I ended up finding the file on the Osmocom website and have placed it in the appropriate directory (which is also not a read-only folder and is not in the Program Files folder). This also included the steps for the driver update/replace. I have followed the directions on the Adafruit/ and also the SDR# website on installing the software for the SDR.
